Tangle Ridge completed the construction of 17kms of new high-grade all season roads, including the development of a new quarry to produce and supply the aggregate required for the project.
Scope of Work
- Constructed 17kms of high-grade roads, designed to Transportation Association of Canada geometric design guidelines.
- Developed and implemented a comprehensive Environmental, Quality and Safety Management Plans to execute the work.
- Stripped organics within the designated construction footprint, including loading, hauling and stockpiling offsite.
- Supplied Environmental monitoring and erosion control measures, and completed fish harvesting.
- Excavated, transported, placed, and compacted materials for roadway embankment, meeting project specifications.
- Supplied and installed new steel pipe and CSP culverts, while working within proximity of 3rd party utility lines.
- Reclamation of quarry, including sloping, positive drainage and erosion control product installations.
